Getting started and finding jocular and fresh ideas for the article about personnel files was pretty easy and we managed to find a good color variation to underline the lose and playful style.

For their magazine, the client wanted to have a full page illustrated. So we did and delivered with a fresh and joyful style.

Due to my work at C3 I do a lot of different styles and clients. Such as this one here. I usually start with a sketch. And then build everything up from there. So the art director and I figured out what scenes would fit the most to the article. We found some nice visuals and also a very well working color scheme.
